The chlorine dioxide gas disinfection device comprises a chlorine dioxide gas generating device, an online concentration detection device, a man-machine interactive platform, and an auxiliary pipeline, wherein the man-machine interactive platform is respectively connected with the chlorine dioxide gas generating device, the online concentration detection device and the auxiliary pipeline; and a detection pipeline provided with a temperature sensor, the online concentration detection device and a circulating fan in turn is communicated with a disinfection space and a chlorine dioxide delivery pipeline respectively.
