Abstract

The invention relates to a driving system for a scanning or recording mechanism of a copy machine. Mechanical damping is required when the printing plate exposure machine (1) uses a stepping motor (8) as a screw driver; and mechanical damping is realized by a rotationally supported mass (9), wherein the mass is rotationally coupled with a rotating part of a driving device. Interference in the driver can be sufficiently damped through the rotating mass (9) so as to prevent resonance from being increased. The damping plate (9) has a problem of long time rolling and stopping on the end part of respective moving road section. In order to reduce dead time delta t caused by rolling and stopping, a driving system (16) is provided with a bracket device (11) at four sides of the rotationally supported mass (9).
