A grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 350-500 parts of cement clinker, 80-130 parts of pulverized fuel ash, 20-30 parts of expanding agent, 80-120 parts of gypsum, 1-2 parts of pH value regulating agent, 8-15 parts of polyester type carboxylic acid water reducing agent and 300-500 parts of quartz sand, wherein the parts by weight are obtained by computation based on the total parts by weight of the grouting material; the polyester type carboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared by neutralizing a reaction product of a material A and a material B; the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts ofpolyether alcohol, 15-25 parts of methacrylic acid, 6-10 parts of acroleic acid, 3-8 parts of itaconic acid, 40-60 parts of water, 0.05-3 parts of catalyst, 0.5-1.5 parts of chain transfer agent and 0.01-2 parts of polymerization inhibitor; the material B is prepared from 2-50 parts by weight of water and 0.5-5 parts by weight of initiator; and the parts by weight are obtained by computation based on the total parts by weight of the water reducing agent.
