Embodiment 1

[0099] figure 1 Shown is a longitudinal sectional view of the water-saving hydrant of Example 1.

[0100] When installing this water-saving cock 10, it is inserted into the middle of flexible pipe or running water pipe. Shown in the figure is a water saving plug 10 , a tap water pipe 12 is connected to its upstream end 11 , and a pipe 15 is connected to its downstream end 13 . The water pipe 15 is a hose of a shower or a pipe of a water tap. For example, a shower head 16 is connected to the downstream side of the pipe 15 . In addition, it may also be connected to the kitchen tap 17 . The water-saving hydrant 10 utilizes figure 1 For the cross-sectional structure shown, air bubbles were added to tap water. At the same time, the flow rate of the water is increased, thereby increasing the impact force when the water touches the user's hand or skin. Therefore, even if the amount of water is reduced, the feeling of use will not be changed. Therefore, water bills can be saved...

Embodiment 2

[0121] Figure 10 Shown is the water-saving hydrant of Example 2, (a) is a perspective view of the orifice unit 86, and (b) to (d) are longitudinal sectional views of various modifications of the orifice unit 86 , (e) shows a longitudinal sectional view of the state where the orifice unit 86 is installed in the water-saving cock of Embodiment 1, and (f) shows that the water-saving cock of Embodiment 1 is partially deformed and the section is installed. A longitudinal sectional view of the state of the orifice unit 86 . In addition, only one air suction port 30 is provided in this example. The air suction ports 30 only need to be provided with the necessary number.

[0122] In this embodiment, the orifice portion 20 ( figure 1 ), instead adopting a unit structure that is separated from other parts. The orifice unit 86 is detachably fitted into the water receiving cylinder portion 18 of the faucet. like Figure 10 As shown in (a) and (b), the orifice unit 86 is formed by p...

Embodiment 3

[0128] Figure 11 Shown is the one-way valve installed in the water-saving hydrant of Example 3, (a) shows a longitudinal sectional view of the one-way valve, and (b) shows an exploded oblique view thereof.

[0129] The one-way valve 64 is inserted into the water-saving plug ( figure 1 ) inside of the air intake port 30. It is a cylindrical body with a tapered bore 68 at one end and houses a ball 66 with a stop 70 embedded therein. The inner diameter of one end of the tapered hole 68 is larger than the diameter of the ball 66 , and the inner diameter of the other end is smaller than the diameter of the tapered hole 68 . Thus, when the ball 66 is pushed to the inner surface of the tapered hole 68, the side of the tapered hole 68 of the one-way valve 64 is blocked. The limiter 70 is a plate used to prevent the ball 66 from falling off, and has a plurality of through holes through which air or water can pass.

[0130] Adopt the one-way valve 64 of this structure, allow air to...

Abstract

A water saving plug mounted to a hose or a running water pipe and mixing air bubbles into water. A water receiving tube portion (18) receives running water from a running water pipe (12). A restricted hole portion (20) gradually reduces the cross-sectional area of a flow path from the upstream side to the downstream side. A conduit portion (32) has a large-diameter section (56) and a small-diameter section (57). The large-diameter section (56) is connected to the restricted hole portion (20). The conduit portion (32) has in a shaft section thereof a flow path (38) having a substantially uniform cross-sectional area. The large-diameter section (56) has an air suction opening (30) penetrating from the flow path (38) in the shaft section through to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft section. A check valve (64) is inserted in the air suction opening (30). A sleeve (50) is affixed to the conduit portion (32) by a support body (44) provided to a part of a shaft hole (90). The sleeve (50) is provided with an eaves-like section (46). The eaves-like section (46) surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter section (56) with a gap (48) provided therebetween. The sleeve (50) surrounds the other end of the conduit portion (32) with a space provided therebetween. Air is sucked from the gap (48) through the air suction opening (30), and water leakage does not occur even if water pressure is applied in the opposite direction.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a water saving cock having the function of adding air bubbles to the water supplied through a hose or water pipe. Background technique [0002] The prior art discloses a device that is installed on a kitchen utensil or a shower nozzle and adds a large amount of air bubbles to supplied tap water (please refer to Patent Document 1) (please refer to Patent Document 2). The device is used to prevent water splashing during washing and improve the use feeling when the water flow of the shower touches the skin. [0003] Prior technical literature: [0004] Patent Document 1: (Japanese) Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2005-205326 [0005] Patent Document 2: (Japanese) Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2008-237601 [0006] The known prior art has the following problems to be solved. [0007] If a large amount of air bubbles are added to the water when the water is supplied to the shower head, not only can the use feeling b...
