Embodiment 1

[0029] Weigh 10g of gelatin and dissolve it in 100ml of water, add 1g of EDC, add 3g of ethylenediamine, stir and react at 37°C for 5 hours. The reaction solution was put into a dialysis bag and dialyzed against deionized water for 2 days. After dialysis, the aqueous solution was frozen in a -80°C refrigerator, and then frozen at -53°C to obtain aminated gelatin.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Take 10 g of glucose and add it into 100 ml of deionized water to prepare a 10% dextran solution. Get 10g NaIO4 (sodium periodate) and dissolve in 100ml deionized water to prepare 10% NaIO4 solution. Then the two solutions were mixed and stirred at room temperature for 5 h. The product was put into a dialysis bag and dialyzed for two days, and the dialyzed aqueous solution was frozen in a refrigerator at -80°C, and then freeze-dried to obtain aldylated dextran.

Embodiment 3

[0033] Take 10 g of hydroxyethyl starch and add it into 100 ml of deionized water to prepare a 10% aqueous solution of hydroxyethyl starch. Get 10gNaIO4 Dissolve in 100ml deionized water to prepare a 10% NaIO4 solution. The two solutions were then mixed and reacted with stirring at room temperature for 5 hours. The product was put into a dialysis bag and dialyzed for two days, and the dialyzed aqueous solution was frozen in a refrigerator at -80°C, and then freeze-dried to obtain formylated hydroxyethyl starch.

Abstract

The invention relates to a medical adhesive or hemostatic, which comprises aminated gelatin aqueous solution and aldehydic polysaccharide aqueous solution, wherein a method for preparing the aminated gelatin aqueous solution comprises the following steps of: adding gelatin, ethylenediamine and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide in a mass ratio of (2-20):(1-10):(1-5) into water for reaction, dialyzing, freezing and drying to obtain the aminated gelatin aqueous solution; and a method for preparing the aldehydic polysaccharide aqueous solution comprises the following steps of: mixing polysaccharide or starch aqueous solution and NaIO4 aqueous solution in a volume ratio of (1-2):(1-2), reacting at room temperature, dialyzing, freezing and drying to obtain the aldehydic polysaccharide aqueous solution. In the medical adhesive or hemostatic, the coagulation time is shorter than that of fibrin glue, and the bonding strength is higher than that of the fibrin glue; the fibrin glue bonds incisions on backs of rats with the length of 2cm successfully, and is used for the hemostasis of incisions of livers of the rats; and a preparation process for aminated gelatin and aldehydic polysaccharide is simple and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of skin adhesion or hemostasis, in particular to a medical adhesive or hemostatic agent. Background technique [0002] Dextran is a polysaccharide that exists in the mucus secreted by certain microorganisms during the growth process. It can be used as a substitute for plasma in medicine and is a material with good biocompatibility. [0003] Hydroxyethyl starch (hydroxyethyl starch) is a starch derivative, which can be used to treat and prevent hypovolemia, and is a material with good biocompatibility. [0004] Gelatin is a water-soluble protein mixture that can be extracted from fish skin, fish scales, and skin, ligaments, and tendons of pigs and cattle. Gelatin can be used in medical soft and hard tapes, surgical dressings, hemostatic sponges and food additives, and is a material with good biocompatibility. [0005] At present, there are mainly two types of medical adhesives in clinical application, one i...
