The preparation method of the ginseng SOD red wine comprises the following steps: (1) preparing ginseng extract; (b) preparing ginseng SOD; and (c) uniformly mixing 100,000 to 200,000 units of ginseng SOD with 5 grams of ginseng extract, dissolving the mixture into 750 milliliters of grape red wine, uniformly stirring, sterilizing and bottling. The ginseng SOD red wine disclosed by the invention contains rich nutrients and offers a good mouthfeel; when the red wine is prepared, the coarse ginseng SOD is mixed with the ginseng extract first, so the activity of the ginseng SOD is more stable; and trehalose is added, so the stability of the ginseng SOD is increased further and the activity of the SOD in the wine is over 90 percent of the original activity of the SOD.
