Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line polysilicon casting fixed furnace system and a production process for recycling argon gas, which solves the problems of high production cost, serious environmental pollution and large power consumption in the production process of the existing polysilicon ingot casting furnace. It includes multiple polysilicon casting furnaces (1) and gas station argon pipelines (18). The polysilicon casting furnaces (1) are all connected to the shared online vacuum pump (8), and the online vacuum pump (8) passes through the argon recovery buffer tank (10 ), the buffer valve (11), the argon purification unit (12), the booster pump (13) are connected with the purified argon gas storage tank (14), and the purified argon gas storage tank (14) is connected with the main pipeline of recycled argon gas (16) is connected, and the recycled argon branch pipeline (19) is connected with the input port of the mass flow controller (4) provided on the polysilicon casting furnace (1). The invention also discloses a specific production process for argon gas recycling. The invention reduces power consumption, reduces consumption of process gas argon, and directly reduces production cost.
