Abstract

The invention provides a hierarchical-control-channel-mechanism-based cognitive radio network establishment method. The technical scheme is that: the method comprises the following steps of: first realizing handshaking between secondary users by utilizing a lower level control channel; then exchanging spectrum hole information collected by own spectrum sensors between the handshaking secondary users by utilizing the lower level control channel (LLCC), and once a certain secondary user discovers a common spectrum hole frequency band between the secondary users and when a bandwidth meets preset bandwidth requirements, establishing a higher level control mechanism between the secondary users by utilizing the common frequency band; next fully exchanging own collected electromagnetic environment information between the secondary users, and finding all common frequency holes between the secondary users; and finally establishing a data channel by utilizing the newly found common spectrum holes. By the method, conflicts between the existence and effectiveness of control channels in a cognitive radio network establishment process are effectively resolved.
