Abstract

The invention discloses integrated equipment for preparing a water-based nano-fluid and filling a heat pipe. The integrated equipment comprises a first metering device, a mixing and stirring device, a secondary treating device, a secondary metering device, a vacuum system and sealing equipment, wherein the secondary treating device is connected with the mixing and stirring device to receive a primary mixed liquor, and is used for performing further treatment till nano-powder is further dispersed into a basic liquid working medium to obtain a secondary mixed liquor; the second metering device is connected with the secondary treating device to receive a certain quantity of secondary mixed liquor, and is connected with a heat pipe to be filled through a control valve and a pipeline; the vacuum system comprises a first branch which is connected with the secondary metering device and a second branch which is connected with the pipeline and is positioned on the heat pipe side part of the control valve; both the two branches are provided with branch control valves; and the sealing equipment is positioned at the sealing end of the heat pipe to seal after the heat pipe is filled. According to the integrated equipment, the processing and manufacturing efficiencies of the heat pipe in which the nano-fluid is taken as a working medium can be increased.
