The down coat with the slimming effect disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the inner layer of the down coat has an excellent slimming effect, is capable of increasing the speed of fat combustion and improving the figure; the inner layer is in indirect contact with skin, thereby avoiding occurrence of skin problems; and meanwhile, the inner layer has reasonable components and the effects of bacteriostasis, deodorization and health care, thereby further enhancing the functionality of the down coat.
