Abstract

The invention discloses a hardfacing powder-cored wire for grinding roller of medium speed coal pulverizer and a preparation method as well as a surfacing method of the hardfacing powder-cored wire. A powder core is coated by a metal belt and the coated powder core is drawn and reduced to obtain the powder-cored wire. The powder core consists of the mixed powder with the following mass ratios: 3.0-4.5% of carbon powder, 1.0-2.0% of silicon powder, 0.5-1.0% of manganese powder, 16.0-20.0% of chromium powder, 0.5-1.5% of molybdenum powder, 1.0-2.0% of tungsten powder, 2.0-4.0% of titanium powder, 0-2.0% of vanadium powder, 5.0-7.0% of niobium powder and the balance of iron powder. The mass percent of the powder core in the powder-cored wire is 30 to 40%. The powder-cored wire provided by the invention can be used for directly surfacing by a visible arc; a rare-earth component of the powder-cored wire can be effectively used for refining deposited metal grains so that the bond strength is increased and the formability is improved. A wear-resistant layer which is formed by surfacing the powder-cored wire provided by the invention has the characteristics of large bond strength with matrixes, good welding formability and high wear resistance.
