The invention relates to a
nickel-based high-temperature wear-resistant surfacing
welding wire and a preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of
welding materials. The
welding wire comprises the following chemical components in percentage by
mass: 16%-24% of Cr, 7%-15% of Co, less than or equal to 1.5% of W, 5%-12% of Mo, 2.5%-3.5% of Ti, 1.3%-1.8% of Al, 0.03%-0.12% of C, 0.002%-0.015% of B, 0.002%-0.080% of Zr, less than or equal to 0.0025% of S, 0.008%-0.10% of
rare earth and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities. Wherein the
rare earth comprises at least one of Y, La and Ce. By deeply researching the influence of Al, Ti, Mo, trace elements B, Zr,
rare earth and other elements on the structure, performance and
processing characteristics of the
alloy, the optimized composition proportion is provided. And
smelting and
casting and heat treatment processes are precisely matched, the
alloy solid wire
machining problem is solved, and the welding wire which is high in abrasion resistance and long in service life and suitable for surfacing of the working layer of the
forging tool is finally developed.
