The system comprises a movable hopper type box for hoisting the goods, and a V-shaped fixing rack fixed on a dock and matched with the hopper type box; the upper end of the hopper type box is provided with a hoisting rack used for connecting lifting equipment of a crane on the dock; the lower end of the hopper type box is provided with a sliding door with a driving connector, and the sliding door is used for opening and closing a discharge opening at the lower end of the hopper type box; the fixing rack is provided with at least one set of driving mechanism; and a driving end of the driving mechanism is connected with the driving connector on the sliding door to drive the sliding door to open and close.
