The invention provides a method and system for associating user information through data of a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) backbone network. The system comprises a data input module, a data analysis module, a Hash processing module, an information associating module and an information statistic and outputting module. The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a quadruple Hash chain table through a GSN (GPRS Support Node) address and quadruplet TEID (Tunnel Endpoint Identifier) values in GPRS; analyzing signaling data, establishing a user node and adding analyzed information into the user node; adding the user node into the quadruple Hash chain table; analyzing networking data of a user; and searching for the user node in the quadruple Hash chain table according to the GSN address and the quadruplet TEID values, thereby acquiring the user information, such as MSISDN (Mobile Station ISD Number), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), and the like, and further ensuring the instantaneity and accuracy of associating the user information.
