Abstract

The present invention discloses a high-fluidity PVC / ABS alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The alloy material comprises, by weight, 29-62% of a PVC composite material, 20-70% of an ABS resin, 0-10% of an AS resin, and 1-8% of a compatibilizer EVA. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly mixing the PVC resin and additives by a high-speed mixer to prepare into the PVC composite material for the alloy material; carrying out low-speed mixing for the PVC composite material, the ABS resin, the AS resin and the compatibilizer EVA to prepare into the dry mixing material for the alloy material; finally carrying out extruding and pelletizing by a twin-screw extruder or a double / single screw two-stage extruder to prepare the alloy material of the present invention. The alloy material of the present invention has good fluidity and good injection molding and processing performance.
