An arciform projected plate (47b), which extends so as to be in contact with the wall surface of the split structure housing (43), is provided on the wall surface (41) of the retainer plate (41), and a storage space (490) for storing an oil seal (45) is defined by the wall surface of a cover, the inner diameter of the arciform projected plate (47b), and the wall surface of the retainer plate (41).
