Abstract

The invention relates to a polypeptide capable of inducing an antibody against chicken beta2-microglobulin. The polypeptide has the following sequence: TPSSGSTYACKVEHETLKEPQVYKWDPEF. The antibody prepared by immunizing animals (such as Balb / c mice) with the polypeptide can not only specifically bond with chbeta2M-transfected 293 T cells but also specifically act on chbeta2M in poultry macrophage cells HD11 and CEF cells. The antibody can be used for analysis of chbeta2M in tissues such as thymus gland, spleen, bursa of Fabricius, and also be used for flow cytometry analysis of chbeta2M in different cells. The invention is economic, rapid and convenient, and is suitable for rapid preparation of antibodies in related researches.
