Abstract

A pressure core body is positioned in a pressure core body mounting hole of a spring base; the spring base is divided into a spring mounting hole and the pressure core body mounting hole which are mutually communicated; a group of oil holes is uniformly distributed on the hole wall of one end of the spring mounting hole of the spring base; inlets of the oil holes are positioned on the end face of the spring mounting hole; outlets of the oil holes are communicated with the spring mounting hole; and the distance from the centers of the oil hole outlets to the end face of the spring mounting hole is more than the travel of the upper surface of a steel ball in the spring mounting hole. A pressure sensor and a signal wire are integrated in the spring base of the shuttle valve; at the same time the group of oil holes is additionally formed on the spring base, so the input pressure of the shuttle valve can be transmitted to the pressure sensor, the pressure is converted into a pressure signal through the pressure sensor, the pressure signal is transmitted to a system control unit; the structure of a hydraulic application system or a pneumatic application system is simplified; the weight of the hydraulic application system or the pneumatic application system is reduced; the connection reliability of the system is improved; and the maintenance cost of a product is reduced.
