Embodiment 1

[0039] Take 300 potted rice catharsis seeds and divide them into 3 groups. Soak in conventional short-term hot water for disinfection, and use non-temperature-treated containers and water for seed soaking, germination, sowing and seedling cultivation. After sowing, clean water without temperature treatment is also used as irrigation solution. During the experiment, the seed germination rate, emergence time, and emergence rate were recorded. After the seedling cultivation was completed, the seedling height, root length, and dry matter weight were recorded.

Embodiment 2

[0041] Take 300 potted rice catharsis seeds and divide them into 3 groups. Seeds were sterilized with 75% alcohol pre-warmed to 10°C. Seed soaking solution and germination solution use temperature-treated water at 10°C, and temperature-treated water at 10°C is used as irrigation solution in the seedling raising process after sowing. During the experiment, the seed germination rate, emergence time, and emergence rate were recorded. After the seedling cultivation was completed, the seedling height, root length, and dry matter weight were recorded.

Embodiment 3

[0043] Take 300 potted rice catharsis seeds and divide them into 3 groups. Disinfect the seeds with 75% alcohol pre-warmed to 15°C. Seed soaking solution and germination solution use temperature-treated 15°C clear water, and temperature-treated 15°C clear water is used as irrigation solution in the seedling raising process after sowing. During the experiment, the seed germination rate, emergence time, and emergence rate were recorded. After the seedling cultivation was completed, the seedling height, root length, and dry matter weight were recorded.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of artificially rearing seedlings of Cardamine hupingshanensis, which is characterized by including steps: firstly, soaking seeds, namely soaking seeds of Cardamine hupingshanensis for 1 to 30 hours with soaking fluid, pouring the soaking fluid, and washing the seeds with water; secondly, accelerating germination, namely moving the soaked seeds to gauze, washing the seeds with germination fluid for 1-10 minutes, keeping the seeds humid and ventilated, and washing the seeds with the germination fluid once a day for 1-10 minutes to obtain germinating seeds of Cardamine hupingshanensis; and thirdly, seeding and rearing seedlings, namely sowing germinated seeds into seedling trays, placing the seeding trays at a place with the temperature 10-25 DEG C, the relative humidity 60%-95% and the illumination intensity 1000-3000lx, and irrigating the seedlings with irrigation fluid once to four times a day, and rearing the seedlings for 30-40 days and transferring the seedlings to a field when each seedling of Cardamine hupingshanensis grow 3-4 true leaves. By the method, seed germination rate and seedling survivals rate of Cardamine hupingshanensis are increased, and phyisologicla conditions of the seedlings are evidently superior to those of seedlings with unknown selenium content.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an artificial seedling raising method of a wild plant-cupping broken rice chestnut. Belongs to the field of agricultural planting technology technical background [0002] Cardamine hupingshanensis K.M.Liu.L.B.Chen.H.F.Bai&L.H.Liu, Cardamine hupingshanensis K.M.Liu.L.B.Chen.H.F.Bai&L.H.Liu, genus Cardamine hupingshanensis, overwintering biennial or perennial herbaceous plant, likes low temperature and shade, not resistant to high temperature, matures after flowering Branches are easy to die in an environment higher than 30°C, and seeds are difficult to germinate in an environment higher than 30°C. Huping broken rice chestnut is a wild vegetable with delicious taste and high nutritional value. It is a new type of artificial cultivation vegetable worthy of promotion. [0003] The pot-pot broken rice chestnut is a selenium-accumulating plant, and the highest selenium content of the pot-pot broken rice chestnut can reach 800mg / kg ...
