The method comprises the following steps of: collecting the operation data of a turbine unit by utilizing a sensor and transferring the operation data to an energy efficiency data calculating modulethrough a transmitter and a signal receiving and processing module, so as to obtain the energy efficiency data of the turbine unit; then transmitting the energy efficiency data to an energy efficiency filtering module to obtain the energy efficiency data after noise is removed; and transmitting the energy efficiency data after noise is removed to a display by a programmable controller. By using the method, the real-time data of the energy efficiency of the turbine unit can be obtained, and the operation management and optimization operation of the turbine unit are conveniently carried out; the collected operation parameters are processed, thus energy efficiency calculation data errors caused by noise which is brought by sampling can be effectively reduced; and the programmable controller and a touch screen are used as hardware platforms which have the characteristics of high reliability and low performance, so that history data can be stored and recorded for a long term.
