A photoresistance is arranged outside a mobile phone provided with the ring volume control circuit. The invention modulates the ring current output by the ring current output circuit by arranging the photoresistance on the outer surface of the mobile phone and through a first variable resistor and a second variable resistor, so that the mobile phone with the ring volume controller is large in ring volume in the day time and gentle in ring volume at night so as to remind incoming calls without influencing the rest of users.
