Abstract

The early-stage sorting device comprises a sorting device and a wiping and conveying device, wherein the sorting device comprises a material inlet, an inner layer screening barrel, an outer layer screening barrel, a separation motor, an oil and water outlet, a coarse material outlet and a fine material outlet; the wiping and conveying device is provided with a conveying tube; an input end of the conveying tube is connected with a fine material outlet; an output end of the conveying tube is connected with a biologic treatment instrument; the conveying tube is tapered, and the diameter of the output end of the conveying tube is less than that of the input end; and a spiral rod driven by a motor to rotate is arranged in the conveying tube. The sorting device can effectively sort inorganic garage and sort oil and water at the same time, and the wiping and conveying device controls the moisture content of the materials entering the biologic treatment instrument, so that later-stage biologic treatment is facilitated.
