Abstract

The invention discloses a thermal management system of an engine. The thermal management system comprises an ECU (electronic control unit) single chip and a protection circuit. The output end of the ECU single chip is connected with a PWM (pulse-width modulation) control circuit and an electric fan in sequence. The output end of the protection circuit is connected with a DC-DC (direct current to direct current) circuit and an emergency protection circuit in sequence. The two-way communication end of the ECU single chip is connected with a CAN (controller area network) bus circuit. The input end of the ECU single chip is connected with the output end of the protection circuit, the output end of the DC-DC circuit and the output end of the electric fan respectively. The input end of the emergency protection circuit is connected with the output end of the ECU single chip. The output end of the emergency protection circuit is connected with the input end of the electric fan. According to the thermal management system of the engine, the system is controlled by the PWM control circuit and the temperature information of the engine is read by the CAN to enable the engine to work stably at a best temperature and greatly reduce energy consumption and exhaust emission. The emergency protection circuit can guarantee the normal running of the whole car in case of failure. Therefore, the thermal management system of the engine is widely applied in the cooling technical field of engines.
