Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a foamed ceramic insulation board by using shale. The foamed ceramic insulation board is prepared by raw materials of 13-15 parts of clay, 17-20 parts of yellow waste rock, 20-22 parts of green waste rock, 45-50 parts of the shale and 15-17 parts of sand washing mud according to the following method: crushing the raw materials to particles of less than 10mm; proportionally weighing the particles; putting the materials in a ball grinder, stirring, homogenizing and performing wetly grinding into mud of 250 mesh; conveying the materials to a drying tower; heating to 320 DEG C, drying; naturally cooling; firing in a tunnel kiln at a firing temperature of 1250 DEG C; holding the temperature for 10-12 hours; lowering the temperature to a room temperature and taking the materials out of the kiln; and cutting into boards according to requirements. The foamed ceramic insulation board has the characteristics of fire prevention, flame retardance, low deformation coefficient, aging resistance, stable performance, non-toxicity and environmental friendliness.
