The invention relates to a
solid composite heavy-duty anticorrosion
epoxy powder which is prepared by the following materials by weight:
epoxide resin from 40 to 60 parts, flatting agent from 12 to 20 parts, curing agent from 8 to 11 parts,
titanium pigment from 6 to 8 parts,
imidazole from 4 to 6 parts, light
calcium from 2 to 10 parts, dye from 0.6 to 0.8 share, dibutyl ester from 7 to 15 parts,
sericite from 2 to 3 parts, acroid resin from 12 to 20 parts and poly-
butyraldehyde from 5 to 10 parts; all the components are put into a container and are stirred evenly. Then, after the process of squeezing out, pressing tablet, wind cooling,
grinding and screen separating, the product is obtained. The invention has the advantages of resistance to weather, acid, alkali, high temperature, wearing, bending and shock, and can be widely used in
oil and gas pipelines, city
pipe network transportation, ocean
engineering, bridges and buildings, the electrical apparatus industry and the
defense industry. The
