Abstract

The invention discloses a slow-breaking quick-setting asphalt emulsifier, a preparation method and application thereof. The emulsifier is prepared through the following steps: dripping epoxy chloropropane into a reactor filled with tertiary amines at low temperature, raising the temperature of the obtained mixture to 20-50 DEG C and then carrying out reaction on the obtained mixture for 3-6 hoursso as to obtain a quaternary ammonium salt intermediate (namely, epoxy propyl-trimethyl ammonium chloride), wherein the ratio of the epoxy chloropropane to the tertiary amine is 1:(0.9-2); then, adding alkylphenol ethoxylates, a solvent and a catalyst into the obtained intermediate, raising the temperature of the obtained mixture to 50-80 DEG C and then carrying out reaction on the obtained mixture for 3-5 hours so as to obtain a target product (namely, a polyoxyethylene type cationic slow-breaking quick-setting cation asphalt emulsifier), wherein the molar ratio of the intermediate to the alkylphenol ethoxylates to the solvent to the catalyst is 1: (1-2.5):(0-4.0):(0.003-0.5).
