The computer is connected with the signal collecting card through a data line; a loop is formed by each heating wire and the copper lead wire through the pipe shell of the rotating heat pipe; a supporting device is fixedly arranged at one ends of the heating wires and the copper lead wire, which are in contact with the pipe shell of the rotating heat pipe; and the other ends of the copper lead wire and the heating wires are respectively connected with the signal collecting card.
