Abstract

A procedure customization method for project management includes three major steps: firstly, establishing workflow templates of departments; secondly, using the workflow templates based on the departments to establish a workflow template library of the company; and thirdly, selecting departments related to a certain kind of document so as to determine businesses of relevant departments when the workflow template of that kind of data document is built, selecting the workflow template of departmental businesses related to the kind of the data document from the workflow template library according to correlation degree between document type and business of every department, and finally composing an examining and signing procedure of that kind of document according to the sequence of examining and signing. The procedure customization method for the project management overcomes defects of large procedure formation workload and difficulty in maintenance, realizes reorganization of the existing procedure, optimizes the existing procedural model, finally forms the workflow template library meeting examining and signing functions of enterprises and has better practical value and wide application prospect in the technical field of computers and communications.
