Embodiment 1

[0015] 1. The immortal steel plate with a length of 50cm and a width of 50cm is placed horizontally, and a drip irrigation outlet is placed in the center of it, and the Chlamydomonas culture solution is dripped at a flow rate of 1-10ml / min. The flow rate should increase appropriately with the increase of temperature, algae density, etc. The culture solution forms a thin layer on the stainless steel surface.

[0016] 2. Evenly inoculate the Chlamydomonas liquid in the logarithmic growth phase to the thin layer of the culture solution.

[0017] 3. When Chlamydomonas overgrows the entire stainless steel plate, stop supplying the culture medium.

[0018] 4. After most of the culture liquid flows out, use a scraper to gather Chlamydomonas together to obtain algae mud, which can reach 300g / m 2 about.

[0019] 5. Re-supply the culture medium, and use the remaining Chlamydomonas as algae species to start the next culture cycle.

[0020] 6. Repeat the above steps 3, 4 and 5 to real...

Embodiment 2

[0022] 1. Place the stainless steel plate with a length of 100cm and a width of 10cm slightly inclined, and install a drip irrigation outlet at the higher end. The angle between the steel plate and the horizontal plane is less than 10 degrees to ensure that the culture medium can flow slowly and smoothly to the lower end.

[0023] 2. The remaining parts are the same as in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of culture and harvesting of algae and discloses a new method for producing chlamydomonas at low cost. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: supplying a culture solution by using microfluidics such as drop irrigation and the like on the surface of a solid support object, flowing the culture solution to form a thin layer and culturing the chlamydomonas in the thin layer; at harvest time, stopping the supplying of the culture solution, and gathering the chlamydomonas by a scraper; and supplying the culture solution again, namely, starting the next culture period. The method is easy to operate; the limitations of factors such as carbon dioxide and illumination are overcome; the harvesting energy consumption is reduced by a large margin; and the low-cost production of the chlamydomonas is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of algae cultivation and harvesting, and is a new method for producing Chlamydomonas at low cost. Background technique [0002] Algae fix carbon dioxide and solar energy through photosynthesis, and finally form oils, proteins, polysaccharides and other active substances through a series of metabolism, which can be widely used in renewable energy, feed, food, medicine and health care, cosmetics and other fields. Algae has the advantages of high photosynthetic efficiency, fast growth, and short production cycle, and is one of the renewable new energy raw materials with great development potential. [0003] The current main culture methods of microalgae can be divided into two modes: sealed and open. Open type refers to the use of outdoor open pools as cultivation devices for microalgae cultivation, mainly including track pools, circular shallow pools, etc. The open training mode has the advantages of simple equipment,...
