Abstract

The invention provides an abnormal frequency point identification method based on character string comparison. The abnormal frequency point identification method comprises the following steps of: accomplishing the scanning to a standard circuit board and a to-be-tested circuit board in an electrifying state by utilizing an EMScan scanner so as to obtain frequency spectrum curves of the standard circuit board and the to-be-tested circuit board, reconstructing and processing the frequency spectrum curves to obtain interference-eliminated frequency spectrum curves, then converting a numerical value curve sequence to a symbol sequence by adopting a method based on key points, comparing character string sequences of the frequency spectrum curves of the to-be-tested circuit board and the normal circuit board so as to obtain the similarity values of the character string sequences of the to-be-tested circuit board and the normal circuit board, and finally judging the abnormal frequency point of the to-be-tested circuit board according to the similarity of the character string sequences of the frequency spectrum curves. The abnormal frequency point identification method provided by the invention solves the key technologies in the circuit quality ENI (equivalent noise input) detection, and can efficiently identify the abnormal frequency points in a spectrogram of a circuit module so as to enhance the quality detection efficiency of the circuit module.
