Abstract

The invention discloses a bidirectional overrunning clutch for a dual-power switch. The bidirectional overrunning clutch comprises a spindle, a star wheel and a driving gear, wherein the star wheel is mounted on the spindle, and the driving gear is rotatably and coaxially mounted outside the star wheel. The driving gear is in transmission connection with a motor through a gear set. The bidirectional overrunning clutch is characterized in that the star wheel is provided with at least two grooves for containing rollers, a cam portion is processed in each groove, and rollers are arranged on two sides of each cam portion. A reset portion is arranged between the side wall of each groove and the roller close to the side wall, and a shifting claw is mounted between each two rollers in each groove. The bidirectional overrunning clutch is simple in structure, low in processing cost and convenient to mount.
