For fountain-code-based data recovery characteristics, a data frame can be synchronized by adding a plurality of synchronization markers into a code block, the accurate position of received information in an original data frame can be recovered according to reserved synchronization markers even though a part of synchronization markers are lost in a suddenly interrupted channel environment, and a fountain code has the characteristic of capability of recovering data of which the packet loss rate is within a certain proportional range, so that a problem about the synchronization of the data frame under any sudden interruption condition is solved, and a data recovery rate is greatly increased. By the method, the total volume of recovered data can be increased from 90 percent to about 99 percent under the condition of channel sudden interruption probability of 10 percent.
