A preparation method for the phytosterol tablet comprises the following steps of: evenly mixing all raw materials to obtain a mixture; spraying a mixed solution of an ethanol solution and a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose solution to moist the mixture; pelletizing; drying; performing intermediate inspection; performing granule shaping; and tableting. The phytosterol tablet has the advantages that the dissolving-out speed of the active principle is high; the dissolubility is high; the bioavailability is high; the action of the phytosterol can be better performed; and the medication cost is reduced. The phytosterol tablet is most effective in assisting on reducing blood fat, and meanwhile, also has effects of controlling prostatic diseases and regulating immunity and growth and has an anti-cancer effect, an anti-inflammatory effect and an antiviral effect.
