Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment:

[0020] A method for quickly and efficiently cultivating large-scale jellyfish seedlings, the steps including site selection, seedling release, feeding and water quality monitoring, water quality adjustment and seedling emergence, the specific steps are as follows:

[0021] 1) The site selection is to set up nets for outdoor jellyfish temporary breeding in the jellyfish cultivation pond of Rongcheng Hao. The nets are located in the middle of the upwind port where the wind direction is common in May, and a total of 10 nets are set at depths of 2m and 3m.

[0022] The common wind direction is the south wind when the above-mentioned jellyfish temporary breeding net is set, and the water depth can be controlled within the range of 2-3m. The experimental net is a circle with a diameter of 15m. The bottom of the net is close to the bottom of the breeding pond and compacted with sandbags. Th...

Abstract

A quick high-efficiency culturing method of large-size seedlings of jellyfishes includes the following steps of building an outdoor temporary large-size jellyfish seedling culturing net bag in a jellyfish culturing pond on the condition that an address of the net bag is required to be at the middle position of a windward port of a current common wind direction; continuously monitoring water quality in the net bag one week before seedling arranging, and selecting proper time to arrange seedlings; feeding artemia nauplius in the afternoon after seedling arranging, and continuously detecting indexes of the water quality of the net bag everyday; and feeding cultured freshed probiotics of exponential phase once every two days. After about seven days, the umbrella diameter of the jellyfishes can quickly reach 5cm from 1cm in the initial seedling arranging, and seedling requirements are met. By the quick high-efficiency culturing method, jellyfish growth speed is increased, the umbrella diameter can be quickly increased to 5cm from 1cm in seven days, and meanwhile, natural baits in the pond can partially substitute for artmia nauplius, water refreshment is omitted, cost of labor, water and electricity is saved, and sufficient large-size seedlings can be provided for jellyfish culturing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of jellyfish seed cultivation, and in particular relates to a rapid and efficient cultivation method for large-scale jellyfish seed. Background technique [0002] Jellyfish (Rhopilema esculenta Kishinouye 1891), commonly known as cotton stings, belongs to the phylum Coelenterate, Class Jellyfish, Order Rhizopus, Rhizostidae, and the genus Jellyfish. my country is the first country in the world to research, develop and utilize jellyfish resources. The processed dried jellyfish products are exported to more than a dozen countries and regions including Japan, South Korea, the United States, France and Singapore. However, as an important fishing object of my country's coastal fishery, jellyfish once accounted for more than 90% of all edible jellyfish, but since the 1970s, its fishing output has dropped sharply, and the price of jellyfish has risen rapidly. Since the 1980s, with the breakthrough of artificial br...
