Abstract

The device comprises a filter probe, a communication tube, a seal cavity, a pressure sensor and a signal cable which are connected successively. One end of the communication tube is communicated with the filter probe, and the other end of the communication tube is connected and communicated with the top of the seal cavity. Transmission liquids are filled in the seal cavity and the communication tube and are liquids which are larger than water in density, insoluble in water and not frozen in a required low temperature range. The pressure sensor is fixed at the bottom of the seal cavity, pressure induction film of the pressure sensor is communicated with the interior of the seal cavity, and an output end of the pressure sensor is connected with the signal cable.
