Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing a microcrystal glass panel and a produced product. At present, a common thermal spraying, cold spraying, chemical or silk-printing way having corresponding disadvantages is usually adopted for spraying a metal material on the surface of the microcrystal glass panel. According to the invention, a metal layer or a metal compound layer of 0.01-1 mm in thickness is sprayed on the surface or partial surface of the microcrystal glass panel; and the specific processing method comprises the following steps of: firstly, performing sand blasting on the surface or partial surface of the microcrystal glass panel; and then supersonically spraying metal spraying particles on the surface of the microcrystal glass panel after the sand blasting. The method for processing the microcrystal glass panel, disclosed by the invention, prevents from causing breakage of the microcrystal glass panel due to over-high temperature rise; and the produced product has the characteristics of low cost, good bonding properties and good abrasion resistance.
