Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing a microcrystalline glass panel of a household induction cooker and a product therefrom. At present, when a metal material is sprayed on the surface of the microcrystalline glass panel of the household induction cooker, an ordinary thermal spraying manner, a cold spraying manner, a chemical manner or a silk printing manner is adopted, wherein the methods have corresponding defects. According to the invention, a metal layer or metal compound layer with the thickness of 0.01-1mm is sprayed on the surface or the local surface of the microcrystalline glass panel of the household induction cooker, wherein the specific processing steps are as follows: firstly, performing sand-blasting on the surface or the local surface of the microcrystalline glass panel; and then performing supersonic spraying on the surface of the sand-blasted microcrystalline glass panel by using metal spraying powder. The processing method disclosed by the invention cannot cause fracture of the microcrystalline glass panel because of excessive temperature rise; and the manufactured product has the characteristics of low cost, good bonding performance of coatings, and good wear resistance.
