Abstract

The invention relates to a scell random access method used under a carrier aggregation scene. In one embodiment of the invention, a method in a user device adopting carrier aggregation is provided, and the method comprises the steps of: i, receiving an MAC CE signaling and activating a Scell indicated by the MAC CE signaling; and ii, starting a competition-based random access process of the Scell. According to the methods provided by the invention, the random access process of the Scell is supported under the carrier aggregation scene, and the beneficial effects of shortening the responding delay, saving the signaling cost and the like can be realized; and other methods provide by the invention can be used for supporting the parallel and random scene access and determining the correct execution of the random access in each timing advance group.
