[0021] a) The collected sphagnum moss is made into a peat agent, and the peat agent is sealed and preserved;

[0022] b) Remove head and bone from fresh fish, clean and cut into fillets with a width of 3cm;

[0023] c) Immerse the fish fillets in the peat agent, keep the peat agent sealed, keep the temperature at 50°, immerse for 0.5~3h, and take out the fish fillets when the time is up;

[0024] d) Vacuum packing the fish fillets.

[0025] The preparation steps of described peat agent are as follows:

[0026] a) cleaning fresh peat moss to remove particulate dirt and impurities;

[0027] b) Sterilize by high-pressure steam method;

[0028] c) Crush peat moss and immerse in 95% alcohol, the weight percentage of peat moss and alcohol is 10%:90%, shake for 12h, centrifuge at 1500r / min for 0.5h, and filter the residue.

Embodiment 2

[0030] A method for using sphagnum moss applied to fish preservation, comprising the following steps:

[0031] a) The collected sphagnum moss is made into a peat agent, and the peat agent is sealed and preserved;

[0032] b) Remove head and bone from fresh fish, clean and cut into fillets with a width of 3cm;

[0033] c) Immerse the fish fillets in the peat agent, keep the peat agent sealed, keep the temperature at 50°, and immerse for 0.5~3 hours. When the time is up, take out the fish fillets and rinse them with distilled water;

[0034] d) Vacuum packing the fish fillets.

[0035] The preparation steps of described peat agent are as follows:

[0036] a) cleaning fresh peat moss to remove particulate dirt and impurities;

[0037] b) Sterilize by chemical treatment;

[0038] c) Crush peat moss and immerse in 95% alcohol, the weight percentage of peat moss and alcohol is 10%:90%, shake for 12h, centrifuge at 1500r / min for 0.5h, and filter the residue.

Embodiment 3

[0040] A method for using sphagnum moss applied to fish preservation, comprising the following steps:

[0041] a) The collected sphagnum moss is made into a peat agent, and the peat agent is sealed and preserved;

[0042] b) Remove head and bone from fresh fish, clean and cut into fillets with a width of 3cm;

Abstract

The invention discloses a using method of sphagnum moss applied to fish preservation, belonging to the technical field of a fish preservation method. The using method is characterized by comprising the following steps: a), preparing collected sphagnum moss to beinto peat agent; b), removing the head and bones of the fresh fish, cleaning and cutting the fish into fish slices; c), soaking the fish slices to the peat agent for 0.5-3 hours, and then getting taking out of the fish slices immediately; and d), vacuum-packaging the fish slices. According to the using method disclosed by the invention, the sphagnum moss is prepared to beinto a preservative; as the sphagnum moss is an edible plant and alcohol is volatile, the prepared preservative is nontoxic and harmless. When being applied to fish preservation, the preservative has such advantages as edibility, safety and reliability, no environment pollution, and good antibacterial property and the like. Meanwhile, the sphagnum moss exists extensively and is easy to collect, and so the sphagnum moss, when being used as a preservative, has ais low in cost and has an extensive application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fresh-keeping methods for fish meat, and in particular relates to a method for using sphagnum moss applied to fish fresh-keeping. Background technique [0002] Peat moss is a kind of plant with small size, special structure, wide distribution and strong adaptability. It likes dark and humid environment. It is often found in humid mountainous areas or swamps. Source of main ingredients. [0003] Peat moss has been shown to have antimicrobial activity. According to the report of the British "New Scientist" magazine, peat moss is incompletely decomposed by compaction in a closed environment to obtain peat with strong fresh-keeping ability. Well-preserved bread dating back more than 6,000 years and barrels of butter dating back 1,800 have been found in peat layers. Scientists at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology believe that peat moss contains a special polysaccharide with active hydroxyl ...
