Abstract

A three-direction elastic spacing mechanism is arranged between upper and lower bearing splints of the wire-rope vibration isolator and is composed of a rigid rod and a spacing seat ring, wherein different spacing clearances are designed between the rigid rod and a rubber layer compounded in an inner cavity of the spacing seat ring according to spacing requirements. When the wire-rope vibration isolator bears vibration or impact in any direction, once a dynamic displacement exceeds the designed spacing clearance valve, the rigid rod is in contact with the rubber layer compounded in the inner cavity of the spacing seat ring, so that the upper and lower bearing splints of the wire-rope vibration isolator are prevented from being further and mutually dislocated in the direction, thereby achieving the purpose of elastic spacing.
