Abstract

The touch panel comprises a substrate, a plurality of first sensing electrodes, a sensing element and a dielectric layer, wherein the substrate is provided with a first sensing area and a second sensing area, the first sensing electrodes are arranged in the first sensing area and the second sensing area, the sensing element is arranged on the substrate and coupled with the first sensing electrodes, an input signal of the sensing element is sequentially transmitted to the first sensing electrodes in the first sensing area and the second sensing area, the dielectric layer covers the first sensing electrodes, and the dielectric layer in the first sensing area is thinner than the dielectric layer in the second sensing area. The touch panel is capable of preventing a sensing signal from distortion caused by influence of capacitor loading, resistor-capacitor loading on a touch sensing circuit is reduced on the premise that number of the sensing electrodes is not lowered, and driving capability of the sensing element and sensing characteristics of the touch panel are improved.
