The light-reflecting cover of the reflecting type LED illuminating lamp excellently emits the LED light, the gathered light is scattered, the irradiation range is extended and the light is reasonably distributed in spatial scale. The invention provides the glare-free lamp and provides a comfortable and healthy light environment.
