The invention provides a reflecting type LED (Light Emitting Diode) illuminating lamp which comprises an LED illuminating module, a circuit board, a radiator, a light-reflecting cover, a light-transmitting cover, a rear cover, a lateral cover and a circuit power supply, wherein one side of the LED illuminating module is connected with the bottom end of the light-reflecting cover; an LED illuminating surface faces the light-reflecting cover; the light-reflecting cover is formed by combining one or more of a convex plane, a concave plane and a flat plane in sections; and the other side of the LED illuminating module is connected with a baffle. The light-reflecting cover of the reflecting type LED illuminating lamp excellently emits the LED light, the gathered light is scattered, the irradiation range is extended and the light is reasonably distributed in spatial scale. The invention provides the glare-free lamp and provides a comfortable and healthy light environment.
