The invention discloses a water-soluble coating fabric which comprises a water-soluble coating on the surface layer, a waterproof air permeable thin film on the middle layer and an air permeable fabric layer on the inner layer, wherein the water-soluble coating is composed of a water-soluble epoxy ester coating; the waterproof air permeable thin film is a thermoplastic polyurethane waterproof air permeable thin film; and the air permeable fabric layer is knitted from warps with wefts, wherein the warps are blended and knitted from ramies and wool fibers, while the wefts are blended and knitted from tencel fibers and viscoses. The water-soluble coating is composed of the water-soluble epoxy ester coating and capable of showing different colors if water is used for drawing on the surface of the water-soluble epoxy ester coating; therefore, the gorgeous performance of the fabrics can be increased, and simultaneously, new pictures can be presented through drawing at different moments and flexible color change is achieved; the waterproof air permeable thin film is capable of stopping water leakage; and the air permeable fabric on the inner layer is capable of functioning in absorbing moisture and discharging sweat, and simultaneously capable of discharging moisture from the one-way air holes of the waterproof air permeable thin film.
