Abstract

The invention discloses a no-auxiliary cotton fiber finishing agent which comprises blocked waterborne polyurethane emulsion, wherein the raw materials of a prepolymer include IPDI, PPG, BDO and DMPA; the molar ratio of the IPDI, PPG, DMPA to BDO is 1.3:(1-1.4):1; the BDO accounts for 2-3% of the total mass of the prepolymer; and the DMPA accounts for 5-6% of the total mass of the prepolymer. In the preparation method, after the prepolymer reaction, EMAO is added for blocking, and triethylamine neutralization salifying and water adding emulsification are performed to obtain light blue blocked waterborne polyurethane emulsion which serves as a cotton fabric finishing agent. When in use, the cotton fabric finishing agent can react with cellulose through heating deblocking to realize the function of a finishing agent.
