The displaying steps includes that (1) a self-adapting displaying unit obtains a displaying request and transmits the displaying request to real-time transcoding server, (2) the real-time transcoding server obtains original media stream information which needs to be displayed, (3) the real-time transcoding server produces transcoding transforming information from the original media stream information which is different from displaying pattern of a network terminal player and sends the transcoding transforming information to the self-adapting displaying unit, (4) the self-adapting displaying unit sends the transcoding transforming information to the network terminal displayer, provided that two or more transcoding transforming information with different code rates exist in the self-adapting displaying unit, the two or more transcoding transforming information are combined and then sent to the network terminal displayer, (5) the network terminal player chooses a media stream with appropriate code rate to display according to the transcoding transforming information.
