The mixed healthcare effervescent beverage comprises three parts, namely 1) sweet potato leaves and sweet potato stems, 2) fermented pu-erh tea, and 3) sunning lotus leaves; and the prescription is prepared by mixing 15 to 45% of sweet potato leaves and sweet potato stems, 45 to 80% of fermented pu-erh tea, and 5 to 10% of sunning lotus leaves in percentage by weight. The mixed healthcare effervescent beverage has the advantages of being simple and convenient to operate, low in cost and easy for mass production; and the prescription has the advantages of being scientific in collocation, mild in reaction, unique in taste, and basically free from antagonism reaction among the raw materials.
