A precision grinder is adopted to grind the surface of the core. Grinding wheel granularity is selected to be 46# to 60# to enable a micro groove to be arranged on the surface of the core. The grinding direction is consistent with the light guide direction of the light guide plate. The core is placed in a mould of the light guide plate after the surface of the core is machined to conduct injection molding machining to form a light guide plate product. The light face of the light outlet face of the light guide plate is modified to be drawbench face of the micro groove, and the drawbench face serves as a diffusion film to block scratch of the light guide plate caused by improper machining in the assembly process and black dots, white dots, mist spots and the like caused by poor injection molding.
