Abstract

The invention relates to a feedback type control circuit for a current output curve of a MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) channel in a wide temperature scope. The control circuit comprises a heat-sensitive sensor, a main circuit operation amplifier and a MOS tube, wherein the heat-sensitive sensor is a negative temperature coefficient sensor; when temperature rises, an output voltage of the heat-sensitive sensor is reduced; and when temperature reduces, the output voltage of the heat-sensitive sensor is increased. The feedback type control circuit for the current output curve of the MOS channel in the wide temperature scope provided by the invention causes a temperature characteristic curve of the heat-sensitive sensor to be consistent with a practical required curve of the output current and increases the accuracy of the current output curve; a subordinate circuit load is protected against damage caused by over-limit current through a reliable output current limiting measure under the condition that the current exceeds the use condition scope; and a plurality of resistors are used for controlling the characteristics, such as slope, height, and the like, of the current output curve, so that the current output curve is accurately matched, the debugging difficulty is reduced and the volume production for the circuit is benefited.
