The invention relates to a battery module
block structure and particularly relates to a modular battery
block structure. The modular battery
block structure comprises a fixed bracket, an
epoxy plate, not less than two series modules, another
epoxy plate, a cooling device and another fixed bracket, which are sequentially superposed; the series modules are sequentially superposed;
bus plates are arranged at two sides of each series module, a battery core is arranged in each series module; two ends of each battery core are connected with the corresponding
bus plates separately; and the battery cores are connected between the series modules in series through the
bus plates. The modular battery block structure is safe and reliable, the
welding reliability can be ensured through ironing a battery core connection plate integrated with bus plates, the material cost and the production cost can be reduced, the weight of a
battery pack is reduced, and automatic
mass production and improvement of the production efficiency are conveniently achieved; and the temperature in the
battery pack is reduced by using a
heat pipe technology, so that the temperatures of batteries are always in a normal temperature range, the service life of power batteries is prolonged and the electrochemical properties, the energy efficiency and the security are improved.
