Problems solved by technology

The main reasons for the poor dry rubbing fastness are as follows: ①The raw materials of woolen products are complex, with many miscellaneous hairs, leftover hairs, and sub-hairs. These raw materials are mixed with a certain amount of fine dust. The woolen raw materials are made of Scattered wool dyeing does not undergo rewashing, so there are a large number of undyed dye particles on the surface of the fiber. After spinning and weaving, these fine dust particles are wrapped into the innermost layer of the fabric. In the process of washing and shrinking, it is difficult to remove
In the subsequent production process of smooth wool products, they have to go through the wool pulling process. After the wool wool is pulled out, a large number of wool fibers are pulled out from the yarn, so that the fine dust and dye particles that were originally wrapped in the inner layer are also taken out. , attached to the surface of the fabric, so the dry rubbing fastness is not good
② Dust and dye particles on the surface of the fabric are re-contaminated to the surface of the fabric after washing, resulting in poor dry rubbing fastness
③The existing color fastness standard is half a level higher than the original one, so the original qualified ones are now mostly unqualified
Aiming at this problem, we have tried many washing aids and various washing processes, but there is no obvious improvement

Embodiment 1

[0018] Pure cashmere deep navy blue smooth wool product.

[0019] This variety is produced according to the following process: gray cloth→first washing→shrinking→rewashing→dehydration→drying→steaming→shearing→shearing→wet brushing→drying→scalding→shearing→cooking→steaming brushing→steaming → finished product;

[0020] Wherein the shrinking process conditions are as follows:

[0021] Auxiliary: pancreas plus bleach T 2% (owf)

[0022] Oleic Soap 3%(owf)

[0023] Dispersant (Invalon DAM from Huntsman): 0.8% (owf)

[0024] Shrinking time: 70 minutes;

[0025] Shrinking temperature: 45-50°C, when it is higher than 50°C, the shrinking machine will automatically open the window to cool down.

[0026] Shrinking equipment: TURBOMAT 2C-SM / 500 four shrinking lanes

[0027] The final test result is that the dry rubbing fastness is 4 grades, which is 1 grade higher than the original one and half a grade more than the qualified requirement.

Embodiment 2

[0029] 50% cashmere 50% wool black smooth wool product.

[0030] This variety is produced according to the following process: gray cloth→first washing→shrinking→rewashing→dehydration→drying→steaming→shearing→shearing→wet brushing→drying→scalding→shearing→cooking→steaming brushing→steaming → Finished product

[0031] Wherein the shrinking process conditions are as follows:

[0032] Auxiliary: pancreas plus bleach T 2% (owf)

[0033] Oleic Acid Soap 3.5%(owf)

[0034] Dispersant (Invalon DAM from Huntsman): 1.0% (owf)

[0035] Shrinking time: 80 minutes

[0036] Shrinking temperature: 45-50°C, when it is higher than 50°C, the shrinking machine will automatically open the window to cool down.

[0037] Shrinking equipment: TURBOMAT 2C-SM / 500 four shrinking lanes

[0038] The final test result is that the dry rubbing fastness is 3.5 grades, which is half a grade higher than the original and meets the qualified requirements.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving dry rubbing fastness of a smooth-haired slubbed product. The process flow of the method is as follows: getting grey cloth of the smooth-haired product, performing primary washing, milling, re-washing, dewatering, drying, decating, napping, shearing, performing wet brushing, drying, lustring, shearing, steaming and trimming, steaming and brushing, decating and getting a finished product, wherein the milling process conditions are as follows: auxiliary agents comprise 2% owf (on weight of fabric)-2.5% owf of Igephon T, 3% owf-3.5% owf of oleate soap and 0.8-1% owf of Invalon DAM dispersant; the milling time is 60-90min; and the milling temperature is 45-50 DEG C. The method mainly comprises the steps that the dispersant is added in the milling process to disperse dust and dye particles which are washed down so as to prevent the dust and the dye particles from being re-stained on fabric, enable the dust and the dye particles to be washed away in the subsequent washing process and further improve the dry rubbing fastness. According to the method, compared with normal products, the dry rubbing fastness of slubbing can be improved from level half to level1.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the dry rubbing fastness of down-wool woolen products. Background technique [0002] Slubbed products include pure cashmere, cashmere and wool blended products, and pure wool products. After washing, shrinking, and napping, the rubbing fastness often fails to meet the standard, mainly because the dry rubbing fastness often fails to meet the standard.
